We are here to help job seekers of every capacity get into the workforce for the first time or to get back into the workforce. We will create a specific plan tailored just for you. If you’re goal is self employment, we can help fund or find capital to get your business off the ground, help put together a business plan, and consult with you every step of the way. If you’re receiving state and/or federal benefits and you would like to gain more financial independence, we can help you gradually come off benefits while you go to work. If you’re goal is to utilize work as a supplement to your benefits, we can help you manage those benefits that you need while you work. If you’re looking for an internship or short term employment, we have partners throughout the state where we can have a job placement prepared immediately.

Are you a Social Security Recipient?

If you receive assistance from Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Housing, SNAP/Food Stamps, or TANF benefits we can help you manage your benefits while going back to work. We have a certified Benefits Practitioner on staff that will work one on one with clients to make sure they are receiving the benefits they need while getting back into the workforce.

We can assist with learning how to appropriately report wages, how to manage your benefits while working, advocacy with employers, and general consultation as needed.
