Our team of job coaches are available to go with you to your job as much or as little as you need. A job coach is there to train you at your specific job, work with your employer to set up needed accommodations, and to assist with advancing your career.
Life Skills Training
If you have a diagnosed disability we can assist you with learning skills that will translate to living more independently. Our life skills coaches will work with you one on one to assist in setting and achieving your independent living goals.
Service Brokering
We provide consultation and assistance with navigating the process of applying for various disability services such as Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver Services (DSPD), Social Security, Housing, etc.
Self Employment Assistance
If you have ever wanted to start your own business, we have the tools and resources to get you going. We fund small businesses, assist with finding capital, and in developing an initial business plan. We want to see your business succeed and can work with you every step of the way to make that happen.
Benefits Planning
If you are receiving state or federal benefits that you fear you may lose by working, we can work with you to develop a thorough plan that helps you maintain your benefits while working, or to work toward getting off benefits entirely.
